Sometimes I think about how the world will end one day. Would it become a brutally demolished miserable place? Or would it be a crowdless silent place with nature and architecture preserved and intertwined. Fungi is an organism that could silently outlive these catastrophes together with ceramics. For example radiotrophic fungi were discovered inside and around the Nuclear Plant in Chernobyl in 1991.
